Who I am

This website is run by Canary Advertising S.L. (trading as Canary Ads), CIF B76799352, Santa Cruz de Tenerife, Spain. You can contact me, Lee Chapman, at contact@canaryads.com.

What I collect

Only what you type into the enquiry form (your name, email, website, channels, goal, budget and message), or what you send me by email.

Why I use it

To reply to you and discuss working together. The legal basis is taking steps at your request before a possible contract (GDPR article 6(1)(b)).

Who else handles it

Cloudflare, which hosts this website, delivers the form and protects it from spam, and Google Workspace, which handles my email. Both may process data outside the EU under standard contractual clauses.

How long I keep it

12 months after our last contact if we don't work together, or as long as the law requires if we do.

Cookies and analytics

This site uses no tracking cookies. If analytics are added later, this notice will be updated first.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct, delete, restrict or move your data, or object to its use. Just email me. You can also complain to the Spanish data protection authority, the Agencia Española de Protección de Datos (aepd.es).
